Opstal Hanepoot Cocktail recipe

This summer guests visiting the tasting room can take part in the Hanepoot Cocktail Experience, complete with the use of our old school ice crusher, free of charge.

(serves 1)


• Crushed ice
• 2 Shots of Opstal Hanepoot
• 3-5 Mint leaves
• 200 ml soda water
• Squeeze of lime or lemon juice


• Add ice, Opstal Hanepoot & mint leaves to a tall glass
• Fill with soda water
• Add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice & enjoy!
